This single malt has had a complex life having moved several times between casks types ASBS Virgin oak and Cabernet Sauvignon casks have all homed this divine whisky; the end result is a complex balance of dried vine fruits along with rhubarb and custard amazingly it works beautifully. TASTING NOTES: A rich oily palate which is sweet and spicy; dry and woody with a nice oak balance. The fruits come across beautifully on tasting. Notes of spiced apple and rhubarb and custard sweets. A balanced peppery and spicy tingle on the tongue with a rich oily and slightly dry finish. 70cl bottle. 46% ABV
